SPIRITUALITY

The mission of St. Pius Elementary School is seen in action each day through the lives of students, faculty and staff of the school.  Students learn to live their Catholic faith through daily religion classes, celebration of liturgical seasons, feast days and Holy Days of Obligation and by serving those less fortunate through apostolic service projects.

Weekly All-School Masses and Monthly Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament nourish faculty, staff and students as well as parents and grandparents of SPES students.

St. Pius Elementary School, is blessed to have Father James, Pastor of St. Pius X Catholic Church and Chancellor of SPES, and Father Connor Poirrier, Associate Pastor of St. Pius X Church, as shepherds of our flock. Father Brady and Father Poirrier bring the presence of Christ to our students, faculty, staff, administration and SPES families through every encounter they have on campus and off.  Whether it is through celebrating weekly Mass, Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament each month, hearing student and faculty/staff confessions, attending School Advisory Council meetings and SPES school events or interacting with parents and students during early morning drop off, Father Brady and Father Poirrier inspire the members of the church and school community and give of themselves freely and selflessly.
