Art
Our art classes not only provide students with a platform to explore their creativity but also integrate elements of Catholic religion and art, including iconography. Led by our wonderful art educator, Lindsey Falgout, our classes delve into the rich history and symbolism of religious art, teaching students about the significance of iconography in the Catholic tradition. From learning about iconic religious figures to creating their own religious-themed artworks, students gain a deeper understanding of the spiritual and cultural aspects intertwined with art. Our curriculum embraces both traditional and contemporary art techniques, ensuring a holistic artistic experience that celebrates the beauty of Catholic heritage while encouraging personal expression and growth. Students have the opportunity to showcase their work at our end-of-the-year art exhibition. It’s a wonderful opportunity for families to appreciate our students' talent and creativity while fostering a sense of pride and community within our school.
