5th/6th Grade Science Teacher for 2022-2023 School Year Needed
St. Pius Elementary School is looking for an energetic 5th/6th grade Science Teacher who is passionate about the field of science and excited about bringing hands-on, dynamic instruction and critical thinking skills acquired through lab experience to middle school students. Experience teaching Next Generation Science Standards and experience using an online student platform, such as HMH Science Dimensions, is preferred.

- Be certified by the LA Department of Education, or if certified in states outside of Louisiana, must meet the criteria of eligibility for Louisiana’s Out-Of-State (OS) certificate
- Be experienced in the Google Suite of technology platforms for communication, collaboration and teaching.

Opening for Certified Third Grade Teacher Who Loves Mathematics
St. Pius Elementary School is now accepting applications for an energetic third grade teacher, with a passion for mathematics, who thrives on active, hands-on, student-centered instruction. Applicants must be passionate about education and eager to journey with each of his/her students academically, socially-emotionally, and spiritually. Persons applying for this position must be certified by the LA Department of Education and possess 1st - 5th grade or 1st - 8th grade credentials.
