Assuring each individual student's academic growth and success is the primary focus of St. Pius Elementary School.

Programs, instruction and individual student data are continually evaluated in order to help students achieve their potential, discover and develop their gifts.

Helping students feel fully prepared to not only succeed, but thrive, in high school, college and beyond is a goal at St. Pius.  In addition to looking forward to furthering their education, we hope that students feel confident in knowing where their gifts and talents lie so that they can further develop and share them in service to others as they continue to live the mission in "bringing the presence of Christ to others."

The St. Pius classroom is one that offers a rigorous curriculum that encourages development of critical thinking and reasoning skills.  Programs that help to support and encourage individual growth of students are incorporated into the curriculum at all grade levels.

For students who can benefit from one-on-one reenforcement, interventionists intercede and give the added support the children may need.  Students in the Academic Support Program benefit from the added support that encourages a "team" approach that includes the parents.

St. Pius Elementary does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, gender, national or ethnic origin.
